Situated on the bank of river Meenachil in Aymanam (the birth place of Arundhadi Roy, the author of God of Small Things), is just 3 kilometres from the huge Vembanad lake and bird sanctuary, 10 kilometres from Kottayam railway station and 100 kilometres from Cochin. Our guest accommodation is in a separate cottage of 4 basic rooms adjacent to the house where we live. So our guests will get their own privacy and freedom there. All rooms have attached bathrooms with western toilets and running water. The tap water is not hot, but hot water is available from the house or by using a supplied water heater. The cottage has its own entrance with veranda and a natural garden in front with hammocks and swings. Food is served in the main hall of our house, where you can also access the Internet from our computer (broadband connection), use the phone, cable TV etc. We make special food for vegans too.
